The Smith-Gilbert Gardens lie to the northwest of Atlanta in the suburban city of Kennesaw. They are located approximately four miles to the west of I-75, a mile to the west of Highway 41 (Cobb Parkway), and 1.5 miles from downtown Kennesaw.

Coming from I-75
Proceed north/south on I-75 to Exit 271 - Chastain Road (between Barrett Parkway and Wade Green). If you were heading north on I-75, turn left. If you were heading south on I-75, turn right. After approximately 0.9 miles, Chastain Road intersects with McCollum Parkway and changes names. Stay straight ahead on McCollum Parkway for another 1.5 miles to the intersection of Highway 41/Cobb Parkway (intersection after Old Highway 41). Turn right on Highway 41 and go 1 mile to the intersection of Highway 41 and Pine Mountain/Jiles Road. Pine Mountain will be on your left (Walgreen's Drugstore on the left corner). Continue on Pine Mountain Road for 0.7 miles. The entrance to the gardens is on the left in a heavily wooded area just beyond suburban housing. The drive will be the second on the left past Black Gum Drive.

Coming from West Cobb County
Proceeding NE on Barrett Parkway from Dallas Highway, turn left on Stilesboro Road. Proceed 2.3 miles to the intersection of Pine Mountain Road. Turn right on Pine Mountain Road and go one mile. The Gardens will be on your right in a heavily wooded area.

Please note: At this time, our entrance is not well marked and there is no formal sign visible from the road. The drive wil appear as a private drive. Informal white "real estate" size signs will mark the entrance on open days. Please be sure to check our website at http://www.kennesaw-ga.gov/sga for our opening schedule and hours before ariving.
