Guided Tours
Public Guided Tours
Public tours are offered every Friday at 10am (meet in front of the house). Tours last approximately 1.5 hours and include information on the history of the property, the development of the garden, the sculptures, and the garden plantings. Tours are conducted by trained docents, many of them Cobb County Master Gardeners, with an intimate knowledge of the Gardens. Tour groups are kept small (10-12) to insure the best tour experience - larger groups will be divided.
It is suggested that tour participants (or anyone visiting the Gardens) wear good, sturdy walking shoes (the paths are informal mulched paths in a woodland setting), carry water, bring a camera, and possibly a pad of paper for notes.
At this time, the Gardens are not ADA accessible.
